Our Process
The first stage of an interior design project is the initial consultation with the client. During this stage, the designer will meet with the clients to discuss their needs for the space, such as design style, colour preferences and functional requirements.
Once the clients’ needs and preferences have been assessed, we will develop a concept for the space. This may entail the development of mood boards, sketches or 3D renderings to help the client visualize the proposed design.
After the concept has been approved, we will begin to develop the detailed design plans. This may involve creating floor plans, furniture layouts, detailed wall elevations, electrical plans, selecting materials and finishes and specifying furniture, lighting and accessories.
Once the design plans have been finalized, we will begin to procure the necessary materials and furnishings for the space. We will be sourcing products from various vendors, negotiating prices and coordinating deliveries.
After the necessary materials and furnishings have been procured, our team will begin the installation phase. We will be coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the space is prepared for the installation of furniture, lighting and accessories.
Once the installation is complete, the designer will begin to style the space. This may involve adding decorative accessories, artwork and other finishing touches to enhance the overall design.
The final stage of an interior design project involves closing out the project with the client. Our project manager and designer will be conducting a final walkthrough of the space to ensure that everything has been installed and styled according to the design plan. We will also provide the client with any necessary documentation and information regarding warranties, maintenance and care instructions for the furnishings and materials used in the project.
